Service was A++. Evan is extremely knowledgeable about mortgages. I felt thru the whole process he wanted me to get the best interest rate, lowest fee’s on my closing package, and wasn’t concerned about his firm making money off me. I submitted my paperwork easily and had a closing date within two weeks! It was all so seamless and anytime I had a question, Evan or Tim got back to me immediately. Evan Nissely and his team were nothing short of phenomenol. I changed lenders and switched to Evan’s teams 2 weeks prior to closing. I’m self employed, and Evan’s team expedited my loan and got it thru underwriting in exponential time! Their communication with their customer, customer realtors etc is wonderful—- every step of the way.
