Had a loan that I finally paid off. Employees don't know their own policies. The rep was constantly having to put me on hold to ask someone else for clarification. My title was held as collateral and when I paid my loan off in full I specifically asked how long it would take to receive my title. I was told 7-10 business days. I called after 2 weeks of my title still not being here and was told that 7-10 days is for processing not for delivery. Then the rep argued with me when I told him they need to teach their employees the correct way of explaining that to people and he argued with me repeatedly that they were correct in what they told me. He kept saying it takes 7-10 days to process my payment when the money was removed from my bank account the next day and I received a statement from them showing it was paid off the next day. Rip off and rude as hell. Interest rates are sky high. If they use your car as collateral they require you to purchase some insurance that doesn't actually cover anything. At one point my car broke down and I called the road side assistance that I paid for and they would only tow it 5 miles and the rest would be on me. There was nothing in a 5 mile radius so it did he no good.

Our experience with Springleaf has been fantastic. We have done multiple loans with them for different reasons (consolidating credit cards, personal loan for our wedding) and they have been so accomidating about everything. We are currently looking at a refinance for our car and again they have been great. From start to finish they made everything easy. All the ladies in the office are so sweet and nice to work with. We look forward to using them more in the future to help us rebuild our credit.

This company is a lied and don't have any knowledge about Financial. The manager Kathy is very unprofessional, and this company charged a lot in interest, which they need to invest in professional, experienced employees who are Real Financial Advisor and knows about credits and loan. Not someone who needs necessary office skills. The" Customer rep Misha Majilsh my debt ration is high, and when I called my credit union and applied for a loan my debt ratio was 34% which Onemain told me it's were 85%, and I don't know how to budget. What the hell. Don't waste your time. It seems like they are a fix to easy money but don't fall for it as I did.

Just say no to this place definitely not like a normal banking institution. One should choose wisely and not listen to the lies you’re told. Even if you’re pre approved or approved they ask for a vehicle for collateral even though it’s not fully disclosed after pulling a hard inquiry on your credit report that will be on there for two years minimum. Don’t believe the hype it’s not a place you want to engage in because if you take the bait God knows you’ll be in a worse situation this is like a Title Pawn not a actual loan and very misleading to consumers. BBB needs to review this business because innocent people are getting taken advantage of. Glad I know better and didn’t choose this company was actually able to get a personal loan with my credit union and the rates are much lower. People should try their banking institution first. RUNNING Away NOW!!!! So glad I dodged this bullet I was seriously thinking of doing it but I’m glad God intervened and I decided to go with Navy Federal they are a legit credit union geared to help people not take advantage of folks!!!!

The people are great. Getting the needed money is easy. The worst thing about the experience is in this day and age super high interest rates trouble me tremendously. You could create a MUCH better customer appreciation with a lower interest rate.

The branch manager, Mrs. Kathryn Bruyako, called me today in the morning to discuss loan options with me. I can sincerely tell you she was the rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in ANY setting. The amazing part is that she excused her poor manners by claiming that I interrupted her. Lol. Long story short. Her childish behavior was so bad, that I decided not to go forward with the conversation nor the loan! Glad to know that she is the branch manager. What a joke!!!
