I've had an account with the Credit union almost all my life. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. They're like family and are always there for anything I need. I've always had a great experience banking with them and this is the only place I've ever used for a car loan. They always have great interest rates!

Love the Blue Ridge branch! Been with them for nearly 7 years and have never had any issues like you hear coming from those with other banks. Also, you can't beat their loan interest rates!

Disappointed with the rudeness of the folks at the Ducktown branch. They would only clear $200 on large check and held it for a week, despite that being a significant financial hardship for us. Really showed no concern for us as long-term customers who never bounce checks or deposit bad checks. I thought a credit union would be more caring than a bank, but I guess not.

This bank and the people who work here are 5 stars. They have been kind and helpful everytime I have gone to them. They don't handle business accounts, which is unfortunate because I'd love to move my business checking here from the less helpful bank I use for that.

I am very pleased with the customer service I received at the Blue Ridge location. I opened an account few months ago. Started the process online and finished process at the bank. Seevice was swift and professional. They also gave me a new customer gift which was a sweet touch. I can tell y'all care about your members. Much appreciated.
