United Community Bank, Blue Ridge, GA

UCBI is a decent small bank and they work hard to service the local community. Here is their big problem. We had our debit card number stolen somehow. Not even sure how because we have had it for 2 years and never used it one time. The bank is clueless as well. So I got a fraud alert text today asking about a charge and it was indeed a fraudulent charge. I called UCBIs fraud line and low and behold it is an overseas company. I went through 3 people before I could get one that I could half way understand. Not good!! After 30 minutes I think I got the card stopped but really not sure with these dot heads. So 4 hours later my wife gets a call with another fraud alert. She also thinks the card is stopped. So now I call the local bank and find out any charges have to be disputed locally and not with the fraud line What a mess!! If you expect something better with your bank security you better find a big bank. No UCBI!!

Best bank in town! Go through the other banks in Blue Ridge GA & see how many cars they have. UCBI is always packed because of their service & friendly staff!

Never helpful, debit card always gets hacked. I don't recommend this bank at all! Go to Bank of ozk or Copper basin credit union.

This bank is the definition of great service!!! I needed some help to get copies of signed documents to use for the PPP application. I called and left a message for Jennifer Dalrymple. She returned my call around 5:30 and left me a message. I figured we would just have to find another way since it was so late when I got the message. But close to 6:00, Anita Weaver called me and said Jennifer asked her to call and how could they help us? A few minutes later, she had emailed the documents we needed. She made me look really good! I am very impressed with the follow up and the results. They really delivered at a critical time!

Terrible. I would love to use profanity but it shows I have plenty of money. My card has been denied 15 times on separate occasions at establishments that I go to ALL OF THE TIME. I asked them to fix it. Nope. The manager is to scared to have an appointment with me. I hope he reads this and sees I'm taking everything out except $25 so it costs him money. A local bank that is terrible. Super nice employees! Terrible owner, I feel bad for the employees. I've never seen a worst bank in my life

Sat in line for twenty minutes before closing while waiting for a vehicle to be done. I made eye contact with one of the workers and when the vehicle was done it was five minutes after they closed. Although I waited awhile, they put down the blinds and closed. You wouldn’t get this treatment at OZK or CBFCU. Do not give this bank any service.

This branch closes at 4pm Mon-Thurs. Friday they’re open till 5pm, but super freaking busy. Who can make it to the bank before 4pm working a real job? Wish they had better hours for people who work past 4pm 🙄 …
