Closed my account while I was away in college without my knowledge after trying to get another account established after it was hacked. Never got a phone call, email, or anything from them! I come home to get a new card and I can't even get that! This bank is just straight trash!

I have been with this bank for 3/4 months now. Followed my former banker from Heritage Bank. I learned that the bank treated the employees like dirt. However five star treats employees with respect. They offer fantastic interest rates. In the first month and a half I earned more interest on my money than I did in one year at Heritage Bank. In fact Friday Amanda offered my 2% interest on CDs for my grandchildren. $500.00 min two year CD. I signed up both of them. Great place to bank.

Worst bank in the world , wish I could give it a 0 , My Stimulus check was deposited on the 17 of March ,didnt show up I called 2 weeks after they bank said IRS Never deposit money , Called IRS 4/19/21 they said my stimulus was deposit on the 17 of March, IRS said Call My bank ,took all day Finally they said We found Your Stimulus but Its in The wrong Account sending it back after a WHOLE MONTH to IRS, I believe if I would have Never called they would have kept it, Now it is being mailed ,5 Star Do Not Care Bout There Customers Out Her Suffering

Charges outrageous fees to cash checks that are drawn on their Bank. I would not use this credit Union

Worse Bank in Brunswick Rude customer Service! I would never give 10dollars to replace a debit card! So glad I have my Navy Federal and they don't charge their members to replace a debit card. The appearance of the bank should tell the story
