Edit: Had a very nice call from Jeff, the owner. We had a good conversation and found where training opportunities lie. He is highly committed in running a good company and is taking steps in not only correcting my issues, but to use my experience so things like this will not happen again. The call came from a sincere place and if given, I feel I could use FAS again in the future with confidence. Once I learned that FAS was going to source my loan, I got excited after seeing 5 stars. Unfortunately, I did not get that experience.

Having 5 years of F&I Experience, I understand how hard Anthony Baldwin’s job is when a customer has 100 questions and needless to say Anthony never failed to answer all my phone calls and answer all my questions! Honestly the best boat/vessel buying experience we have ever had. 10/10
