Not a customer, but my family had the most horrible experience with whomever was working there today. My husband had a flat tire on his motorcycle and pulled in the parking lot. It began to rain, so he stood on the sidewalk under the awning to call me. Not only that, his phone is busted so he needed me to research how to get it towed back down to Rome while I was 45 minutes away. She came outside and let him know he was loitering. Even after explaining that he could not move his bike, she still repeatedly told him he was loitering and to leave. Where was he supposed to go? It costs $0 to be kind. Thanks for making an already bad day worse.
