Synovus Bank, Calhoun, GA

Due to poor scheduling on my part, I showed up ten minutes before closing hoping to open an account. Shannon Bunch was incredibly helpful, and stayed with until almost an hour after closing to get everything sorted out. As far as the bank goes in general, everyone was very nice and helpful.

I've been in this bank for over 10 years and I'm always more impressed with the customer service. Today's they called me to see if they could help me avoid overdraft by moving funds for my business to my personal account. Any other bank would have just charged me multiple overdrafts and made a bunch of money but not that. I'm so thankful for this Bank.

I've been banking with this company since 2008. Their hospitality is unmatched and even though I have ran into some bumps along the way with their business practices, they are always willing to work with me. I would recommend this bank to my friends and family.

Not a good bank at all. Tell you lies about how this bank and itsi procedures on using their card works. Right after you open a checking account and use your card they'll deny the transaction and make you incur ATM fees even though your using the card and not someone else. Stay away from this bank.
