Have gone here for years whenever something came up that I wasn't prepared for financially and never had any issues until now. Called ahead was told I needed a piece of mail with my current address on it, vehicle registration and 3 pay stubs, showed up at 4:20 with all this ready, Ashley was on the phone and asked the other girl jessica I believe her name was to help me...she throws her hands up in anger that I'm such an inconvenience lol she then refuses to do anything for me because the piece of mail is from March of this year and says it can't be more than a month old...even though I had come in a month prior and been helped no problem, I have been a loyal customer and have always paid my balance off on time or early and they turned me away over a piece of mail. Won't get anymore business from me or anyone I talk to anymore. Do yourself a favor and go to Cherokee Loan or Dollar Finance where they'll TREAT YOU RIGHT!
