They been there every time I needed them. Mrs. Kitty is the best she is about her business.

They charged me $600 in 'filing' fees to do my taxes.. Nothing special with my taxes.. basic W2s. I had to file my taxes with them because I got their Holiday loan which was $700 and you pay it back with your return and you had to file with them. My total loan payout was $1030 and my refund was $930. And I was told only $300 from my return could go to my loan that the rest were filing fees... that were not mentioned beforehand. If I would have known I would have done my taxes for free and just paid the loan off but instead I apparently still owe $700... who charges $600 in filing fees? I submitted a complaint to the BBB and called home office to dispute those fees.

I got approved for a starter loan here,not very much.I took the loan.The interst rate for this place is out of this world.I got a check fo 134.00 my first loan with them,okay I agreed on all terms.My pay back schedule was four payments of $75.00.If you pay on time your limit is suppose to increase but I paid three payments of $75.00 back to them on time.Well I needed a little cash to get me through so I called them. They said I was available for $51. and some change so I took the check,I need some money Well a few days later we got our taxes so I called them to pay it out and the balance was $267. and some change.They have mofia interests rate.They are rude too.One of them made me feel like she thought she was smarter than me about the way the business works.I figured it out quickly. They prey on people at there lowest and they need money so they agree to these terms.Thanks

They will scam you. Predatory lending practices. They will eventually get into HOT WATER.

Definitely recommend going to Sunset for a loan or taxes !! Mrs. Kitty is absolutely the best she helped me and my husband get back the most in taxes and we got our taxes back very fast 10/10 recommend her. She was very sweet and honest woman !! Definitely will be going back next year to file again!!

I have dealt with sunset for the last 6 years a they have done a phenomenal job at assisting me with any need I have . The manager kitty is always very helpful, professional , an a honest lady when it comes to the loan process. She explains everything down to a TEE . I have had the best experience with them over the years everyone there is respectful outgoing a sweet ! Love doing business with sunset of Carrollton!
