I did business with First Franklin about 5 years ago and it was a wonderful experience. However, I applied for a loan the day before yesterday. I called yesterday and the lady I spoke with said she would call me back and never did. Today I called and the lady I spoke with said that she needed to use the bathroom and would call me back in 10 or 15 minutes. She never called. I would rather just be told flat out that you don't want to do business with me and my husband. Just tell me that instead of making promises to call me back. I'm very disappointed in First Franklin now.
