Have to give Austin some props. I applied for a land loan this summer and the whole transaction went far smoother and faster than I had assumed it would. Absolutely no glitches in the process and Austin was responsive each time I emailed or called him. He arrived to the closing and was thorough to make sure every i was dotted and every t was crossed. He was actually leading the closing moreso than the closing attorney. I'm sure AgGeorgia appreciates having someone that takes pride in their work. Not to.mention I got a hat out of the deal.
