I have been doing business with Service Loan for probably 4 years on/off. They’ve always came through for me when I need emergency funds. It doesn’t matter what team of staff or management . I treat people with respect at all time unless otherwise. I’ve I never have issues with them. All you have to do is be honest, respectful, have a pleasant attitude and communicate with the staff and they’ll find ways to help you. My experience with them has been professionalism, positive attitude and friendly staff..

Kimberly is nasty and rude!!! If you need to make an arrangement or late for payment. Be prepared to not complete a sentence because she will talk over you, belittle you, and get smart all together. She told me to go sell or pawn items for my payment! She also said that my rent and power bill doesn’t stop just like this payment being due doesn’t stop! She threatens you with garnishment and court in the rudest way possible. I have never been told to go donate plasma by a finanace company for money before until now! If you try to make an arrangement she continues to say “That’s not acceptable” over and over while you talking. Even when you call to keep her updated the argument starts all over again. I just hang up! She seems very miserable to just bully people for the fun of it. I’m learning to pray for people like her! Whoever her boss is has lost their mind for keeping someone like her in her position. I have worked in finance and they most definitely don’t train you to act and treat people this way. Keep in mind I have been out of work for 6 weeks due to a wreck. Once I pay this loan off I will NEVER do business with Service Loan again thanks to her!

I have been a customer here for years! I just called Kimberly the manager and right off the bat she was rude to me while I was telling her in two days (on Friday) I will make my payment from last month and the one that just came due two days ago. Yes, I am behind a month but does that mean I do not deserve to be treated like a human being with some respect? Instead I am met with rudeness from the get go! She said because I did not call them...well when I do call them to make a payment arrangement I am told, "we can not hold it that long" so why bother until I know I will have the money to pay it. I told her that and she kept saying over and over like a little kid arguing, "That's not the way we do business." never once asked me why I was late or was nice in the least bit! I deal with three other loan companies and they are NEVER rude to me like Service Loan is when I have to be late! I paid Service Loan off once and they kept calling me and sending me letters through the mail begging me to come back!!! BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!
