These guys really saved the day! The staff was friendly and helpful from the moment we stepped in the door. We had an emergency and needed some help fast. They went above and beyond. They took the time to listen to our needs and in less than an hour we were walking out the door with smiles. 10/10 I recommend. If you're in a bind don't hesitate to go down here and see if they can help you out. They have helped us out tremendously!

I have been doing business with First Franklin for several years now. Awesome place to do business. They will go out of their way to help you. Super nice employees. Although we were intimately turned down here for a small loan.... Cindy (the lady We delt with) was very very helpful. This review is more for her than for the business. She was professional, honest, well mannered and you can plainly see that she loves her job! She seems to really care about her customers and really LISTENS, ya know?! You can tell she's sincere and that she loves being able to help others (of at least try!). She gave us some great advice too. Thank you Cindy for making our experience a positive one, even though we were denied! Ill gladly return sometime down the line, As I feel appreciated as a customer her!

Absolutely the best place to get a loan, fast and friendly..

I paid my loan off. Then I look at my Credit Karma app and they have reported that I am 60 days late. These people have done nothing but cause me much grief. I would never recommend anyone borrow a dime from them. There's to much to put here. But if you're smart, you'll leave these people be. Sneaky and shady in their in their dealings. Never again will I ever try to borrow anything from them.

No more owed to Franklin financial and this account is closed, correctly, as a positive account. I wrote a letter to Ellen Hart in their corporate office a few weeks ago in hopes that she could help me with an almost year long fraudulently opened account. I just now left their Chatsworth branch after I was told I still owed $51, after this account was improperly notated and was not reportedcand closed as fraud, when I found out in February of 2023, then I was forced to make payments through garnishments, with it horribly effecting my near perfect credit score. I was going to pay the remaining $51 on this account, just so this could have a positive reflection on my credit score next month. When I get to the Chatsworth branch to pay, the manager, Jan, said she fixed everything and gave me a a receipt for a $51 payment and told me she called Gwinnett county courthouse and verified that everything was paid. Jan did way more than what 1st Franklin Financial’s “Recovery Center” office in Gwinnett County did. Thank you, Jan. I hope Ellen Hart at corporate sees this and thanks you for your costumer service.
