Brittany is amazing and always so sweet. Greg not so much. Ask too many questions and always wants to talk about baseball cards. Sometimes I just want to run in there and pay on my loan and end up being in there for 20 minutes or more. Excellent place to go just wish it was without all the nonsense

I have been using Chatsworth loan for over three years now. Brittany and Greg are such a delight, always welcoming and will carry on a conversation with you. I prefer to walk into a business and have a interactions with people, to me it shows they care and truly enjoy their job. Nothing worse than a employee who is dreadful and hates their job being rude and hurrying you out.

The loan company that really makes you feel at home... Greg and Brittany are always very easy to work with and they get you the money you need to fit your budget... Thanks guys for all your help... Always around to answer any questions I have. The staff is very friendly and they always help me out when need be. It's the only loan company I have been with that isn't just out to get your money, they are the only loan company I use.

The guy in there is very rude! And he didn’t my taxes and My return is a thousand dollars shortly then last year and the year before. I don’t understand. And I didn’t even get the amount I’m getting back on a piece of paper or anything I didn’t get my W2 back either! Everywhere I’ve been to do taxes they give them back to you. Don’t go to them!!
