Great service and friendly people nothing but good to say about Tom and the girls. I would recommend them to anyone been using them for a year and won't go back to anyone else except sunset.

The staff is friendly and they try and help people to the best of their ability. People may tend to think that they are rude when they are a loan company that you HAVE to pay back. They don't give away money for free. As long as you communicate with them they are truly wonderful godsent people.

An employer I had been working for wouldn't pay me. It left me in a financial mess that it will take months to overcome. In the meantime I am forced to eat out of dumpsters and live in a storage shed due to a house fire rendering me homeless a year ago. A Sunset employee laughed at me and mocked me when I mentioned the fire. Hopefully if she loses everything she owns and is homeless she wont encounter anyone who has the same disregard for others. If she's working on commission based on hate she's definitely a top producer for Sinset.

The people the answer the phones are very rude and disrespectful. I don't have a loan through them I was used as a reference! And don't appreciate the way I'm talk to you when I'm trying to figure out why I have so many missed calls from them. They insist that I have a loan from them when I dont. do not recommend using them!!!!!!
