Great service, I also love how a woman was being trained while I was there. The manager was assertive, professional and warm and already got the young lady skilled like a pro. Plus she has a gorilla marketing approach, how else do you think I got here to the review section.

Tiffany has excellent customer service. A customer had an issue with a broken card, she reached to someone else to help him, instead of turning him away. She has a wonderful personality and a good spirit of helpfulness!

I was struggling to get a successful scan using mobile check deposit with my checking account which is 100% online. The bank the check was issued by doesn’t have locations near my home and I was trying to cash a reimbursement from my HSA…after many frustrating failed attempts, I found ACE and the amazing employee who was working (with no line or wait) Shakia (sorry if this is the wrong spelling) was absolutely fantastic and really made what had started to become a really stressful and unpleasant day into a better one just for her kindness and excellent customer service. Thank you for making it easy, not difficult or impossible, to access my own money. What a breath of fresh air and valuable service provided. THANK YOU for making it a clear priority to treat customers with care and kindness. You have my business over any financial institutions or the money service departments found at a giant national corporations like Walmart who I am just now realizing seem to be designed to systematically make every visit and service experience as painful as possible.
