My husband talked to Sandra about getting a loan from here but was told he couldn’t get one unless he showed proof of paying on the student loans. Honestly, If it were for anything else, I would understand. But considering these student loans are 10 plus years old and also with the way economy is going about the payments, I don’t see why it’s such a big consideration. The loans are in good standing. Sometimes, it’s not all about what you see. This company really missed out on building rapport with people who would have not only made their payments on time but would have worked with you in the future. Whether we fully pay off those student loans or get them removed, We will never try to work again with this company in the near future or ever again.

I called into speak to the manager Sandra prior to my due date and I was told the furtherest I could push out my date would be the 31st without any penalties I even did auto pay so there would be no penalty and after payment was received I was told I still would have to pay a late fee which is crazy to me that type of info wasn’t disclosed before I made the payment arrangement and I made it clear I didn’t want to pay any LATE FEES!! Be aware to read all the fine prints or they will tell you anything and blame it on the contracts after you are penalized!!

I had a very nice and informative experience with one main and would refer a friend and relatives. The people were very nice and the proses was easy.
