This was my first time using World Finance and I will definitely be back. They have the best customer service and works with you if there are any issues. I would recommend everyone use them if you are in need of a loan.

The first woman I spoke to named Rachael was very nice but when I called back later the woman I spoke to plus the manager were very rude and nasty the second lady cut me off while I was speaking and put me on hold. She wasn’t able to find my application and then said I wasn’t approved. How when they were unable to find my application using my name and ssn. They were just being lazy and nasty.

Absolutely the best customer service! I have been to other loan companies that never gave me the best customer service like world finance. This location really has helped me to pay my sibling (little brother) back before he passed back in July. This staff was so very nice and patient with me. That's something I needed. I just want to say thanks to this location and staff for all they have done for me. Yall please don't sleep on this location/ company. They are the best!

They have been absolutely the best! Words cannot explain how grateful I am for this particular World. They make you feel like family, they don’t hassle you if you can’t pay on time (that’s if you call and let them know the situation). Plus, they’re always trying to get you extra money at every opportunity they can.
