From the moment I called to inquire about getting a loan, GiGi was very kind and helpful. The loan process went very smoothly because she sent everything I needed before I came in and she walked me through the application process while I was there. I wish I’d known about this company before. We had so much repair expenses with our trucks that put a strain on our company and First American Title loan took some stress off of us by giving my husband and I a loan with very reasonable interest rates. Thanks again for all of your help and great customer service at the Conyers location. We will definitely be back if we ever need help again.

The assistant branch manager GiGi is extremely unprofessional!!! I explained to her what was told to me about my pay off and she throws the new girl under the bus whole time it wasn’t a new hire who took my payment… I asked her to send me a formal email this lady tells me she can send it in a text no I want the formal contract emailed!! I ask for her supervisor this lady laughs and basically tells me no!!! I don’t know how one gets promoted in that branch with such a horrible attitude! She’s rude continued to cut me off never let me finish a sentence! She deserves another evaluation l! Do not do business with her!!! Mind you I just wanted to pay off my loan!!! And all the 5 star reviews comes from people while they’re still in the office!!! They start off nice but god forbid you ask a question sheesh it’s not like I’m behind

Why would anyone let a company store their motorcycle while you have a loan on the title. You don't do that for a vehicle. And a bike needs to be cranked up every 2 to 3 weeks to run it about 15 to 20 minutes to keep the battery good. And let the bike cycle gas through. And they said call title max and they hung up on me which was very rude and the was supposedly the supervisor.

Mrs. Gigi was absolutely sweet & professional! She was quick and made me very comfortable. Would recommend to anyone!

I Love this company, the staff is Awesome!😊 They work well together to make it happen for you when you need Money quick!🤑 This is my second time, GiGi really cares about your situation and will work hard to get you approved!
