Please if you can do without, please do not get a loan with this company. Not only do they harass you EVERY DAY for your payment, they are very rude (well the Conyers) branch. They start calling you the first day that your payment comes due. My first month dealing with them, the guy who works in the Conyers office argued me up and down that I didn’t make a payment when I had proof that it clearly came out. I then took my payments off auto pay because I feared the system was messed up. Each and every person in this office is very unprofessional and speak to you as if they know you personally. They ask personal questions and expect you to tell them your business, especially if the payment is late. I will never use this company again just because of the harassment and the unprofessionalism.

They just called me 5 times in fewer than 3 minutes. I don't live in GA and I've never conducted business with this company (nor would I ever consider doing so after this). I'm writing this review because they called during work hours, interrupting a very important Zoom meeting. If this is how they treat non-customers, I'd hate to be an actual customer.

I applied for a loan there were going to use my vehicle as collateral which was ok with me. The vehicle is financed through a dealer they were not able to help because they said it wasn’t financed through a dealer.I asked them to call and they could verify it was a dealer.They were no help at all.

The staff is very professional and they show a genuine desire to help with all your credit needs. I have been a customer for years and they have always exceeded my expectations. Thank you for your great service. Sincerely Ms. Roberts
