Like you guys know the money is expensive. But if you really need it, it's an easy peasy process and worth every dime! Customer service was awesome and the questions they ask is only a reality check to pay back the loan! #simple

Very Unprofessional, Initially I Used one of The Checks. That they send in the Mail Offers. I was Given 6 Months To Pay Back 500 plus interest. I Paid it Off in 3 months. Then I was solicited daily, with robotext, and calls asking if I needed More Money. I always kindly Declined, and when I finally needed assistance, they were unable to help. My credit was ran , and they did not have the decency to call me back, and notify me of my application status.They Did not answer for days or returned my calls. Here’s the kick, when I finally got in touch with a representative. I was simply told “We Can’t Help You” . Really wish I could give them 0 Stars Horrible Business , Lack of Professionalism. Sketchy Ethics and principles stay away !!!

I applied and never recieved a call about whether I was approved or denied. Went to Mariner finance and recieved a call the same day with an easy payback plan. I recommend them.... say Ariel lavalais sent you.

I’m not understanding the lack of professionalism. They don’t return phone calls and act like their loaning thousands, when in reality it’s $700 max. I thought maybe coming in as a customer would be better but as a previous applicant he was unprofessional and so I shouldn’t be surprised at anything else!!!! They really deserve NO stars!!!

I did not give a 5 star because there is one person there who is simply not kind. I’d rather not call names but I’m sure she knows who she is. The person who assisted me the last time was great! The other thing is that I’d just paid Oct so it seems that Nov should have been skipped but other than that, it’s fine.

Great workers, very understanding and shows empathy after a few miscues. Ebony and the manager makes my day on my last visit. Thank you very much ladies for all you do. God bless!

Very glad I used this loan service. Takara was amazing! She was very nice & extremely helpful & informative. Plus, all of the ladies in the office are hilarious & positive! I expect I will definitely be using their services again!
