I called them multiple times telling them to take a closed account off my credit they refuse to take it off my credit even after I paid them off I had two loans with them at one time I paid both of them off and they are still on my credit I have reported it to all the credit companies but they are denying I paid them I have my bank statements and also have my loan agreement

OMG!!! Where do I start with Subset Finance?? They have been awesome when it comes to serving me and my needs. I got a loan with them in 2016 and I am still doing business with them because they care and they meet my needs whenever I need them. Even when things got rough for me they made a way to satisfy me. The attitudes of all the ladies are so energetic that it's always a pleasure to come in. Even over the phone they know exactly who I am and that makes a big difference for me.

Oh my this Company has been a Anchor because I came here very needy after the Katrina Storm - they have from then to now been able to assist me with so many financial needed situations to help my household to help with the education of my Children from middle school to College I am so greatful I somehow found this Company and for the swift care the friendly atmosphere the willingness to help from each Office Team Person and the Awesome Managers this I would say if you make your start with Sunset it will be a very rewarding experience and a place you will always want to do business because they care and they have the ability to work through all situations. And each individual has there own personal experience that I'm sure they will be so happy they gave themselves a chance to be a part of Sunset Finance and always also very clean and in there business!!

I feel so bad I don't think I'm spelling her name right even after she already told, please forgive me ma'am! But Kayla/Keila is very helpful! She helped my dad with his loans and we were literally in and out in a flash. She has a great attitude and she is super sweet! If you go here, she's the one to go to! She's awesome!
