Very friendly willing to work with love doing my taxes with them and they always on point no complained

Lady on the phone was fast talking me and seemed to not want to work this day. She gave me very much aggravated..please get it together. I think if I was approved for a loaner I wouldn't of took it..I don't want to do business with impatient people..sends the store wrong message.
