i will never go here again. for a $7000 my payoff is higher than the loan itself. the interest rates are a scam but i guess that’s how they make their money. & i absolutely hate that it takes up to 4 days for the money to even be taken from your account. paying them off ASAP. go to world finance for a better experience and NO interest rates.

They will qualify you for one amount and then tell you afterwards that they cannot qualify you for the amount. Be careful..

Insane interest rates. My partner and I make good money and have decent credit scores. They approved us for a 4000$ loan with a 35% interest rate. That is absolutely crazy. The only reason we even went there is because we are trying to get the loan today but all banks are closed for holiday (Columbus Day). The woman, Tracy, we spoke with was nice but the company in general I most definitely do not recommend. We seriously regret even trying to get a loan there today. Lesson learned I guess. We did not end up financing with One Main Financial and never will. Would not recommend at all.

OneMain's website will lead you to believe you are approved for a loan. Later on, they will call and ask for collateral and then it all goes downhill from there. OneMain needs to put full disclosure up front that collateral may be required prior to allowing applications to be filled out. They clearly need to work on their transparency.

All went smooth however my car balance hasn’t been paid off yet. I called to have fed ex tracking # provided on Thursday have not received to date.

Awful customer service and etiquette at every facet. Bait and switch tactics and unprofessional behavior. You may see a lady by the name of Keisha listed in the reviews. This particular lady tried to call me out and make an example out of me because I didn’t call before my arrival. Branch manager allowed it. My wife and I were conditionally approved for a loan with the title to one of our cars as collateral. We didn’t want to but had no choice. We were approved through Lendingtre Also their loan. My wife was denied because of income and was urged to put us both on the loan to make it work. We were conditionally approved after providing all documents and multiple phone calls. Was told twice by Keisha all she needed to see was the vehicle to move forward. We arrived and after that horrible and disrespectful fiasco to a potential customer we were told we were denied. They use this tactic to keep you on the hook when all the had to do was push the information provided and give a courtesy call to say it wasn’t gonna work. Two days of phone calls and forwarding documents. Don’t waste your time with these clowns. Find a reputable lender at a credit union. Upstart was near the same interest but not as high and was able to help us. Thank you OneMain you have been more than unhelpful.
