More like a Complete Joke of a company. Everyone there is out for themselves. Worst customer experience no wonder they are closing stores. First Franklin is better then this ripoff of a business.

This place will not answer a phone period . I have used them twice before and had no issues .. I have called for days and no one has answered my call obviously I am a busy person and am only off one NIGHT a week or I’d go in . . I understand thy are under new management Probaly the problem. I will take my business elsewhere.
