City Pawn & Title Loans, Dallas, GA

Went to City Pawn today to check it out. I loved the guitars! I also checked out the DVDs (talk about selection). Chris and Dan were extremely helpful! Definitely will be going back again soon.

Welcome to GA..Just moved to Dallas,,went searching for a weed eater,came across one at City Pawn & Title..They plug it up to make sure it came on and worked..Cool it came on I see it works..Get to crib and use it on Sunday,,But after running for it for 10-15 mins oppose to them just plugging it up in store it started smoking real bad as if motor was bad,so I cut it off..Made a call to them on Monday morning,,I was told that I can't return it,,I should have tested it in the store..They got me ,They plugged it in to show me it came on / supposedly worked fine.He says to me ,No return ,Store Policy..We advise Customers to check item before leaving store,, How I suppose to cut grass inside your store and How was I to know it would smoke after 10 minutes of usage ,when you only did a quick test to prove it comes on...Get me once but not twice.. The fair thing to do was at least a store credit for return of non functional item but I get it,, Thirsty as heck...Never Again!!

Great customer service wide selection of inventory. My go to place for FFL transfers and big boy toys

The gentleman with the interesting hair who appeared to be running the place was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Bought a snub-nose revolver on his recommendation for a fair price. Will be trading ALL my heavier firearms and purchasing lightweight replacements here.

I love this place! They have the friendliest staff that are always willing to help. I have purchased many electronics from them and have never had any issues with any of them. They have great prices and are always willing to help you carry your things to your car. I will continue to come back again and again.

The absolute best store with a lot of different options while browsing. Micah and Chris are pretty cool too.
