cant get in touch with anyone, had 10 emails saying I need to call to finish the loan process.. called 3 days in a row, no answer, finally get someone on the phone and they are very dismissive, no help. I give up. wont try here again. don't think they want your business, seem too busy with others

Very professional but they were also very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to help me. Stayed open late to finish my loan. Great people. I would recommend them with a 10

I had a great experience with Debbie at one main in Dalton. I came in late but she stayed with me until everything was done and my money was deposited the next morning in my bank account. No hassles with the loan. I would recommend one main to anyone looking for a loan.

We took out a loan, simply add credit history. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT DO A LOAD WITH THEM. Not unless it is extreme circumstances!!! The interest rate of outrageous. They’ll give you all the money in the world but you’ll spend the rest of your life paying it off because they refuse to give you a better rate. Our credit is good, our history with them is good. But “ we just can’t give you a better rate”. Go somewhere else! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
