I love that Melanie wants to provide the best possible service for her clients and wants to save them money in lender fees and in interest rates, but the #1 thing that I love about working with Melanie and her team is the communication.....they answer the phone and they respond to emails very quickly which is extremely important when you're trying to put a deal together and need the information right away or risk losing out on the house. I've worked with some very good lenders since I started selling real estate in 1998, but after starting to work with Melanie as my lending partner in 2017, I wish I'd have known her back in 1998.
