My wife and I went in for a loan and was greeted with the most professionalism from Ms Shun. The service was fast and processed our application within 15 minutes. She explained everything thoroughly and made sure we understood the complete process. Thank you Ms Shun I would recommend you and this company to anyone looking for a reasonable loan and professional service.

If you have ANY other method… use it!! All of them are descriptive and discriminatory if you ask me but THESE people. Borrowed $600… paid back $763.. Covid hit and had several deaths… so, this $450 they still wanted was interest I guess. They never say this or break down that you owe DOUBLE back. Long story short… it slipped my mind from traveling for funerals. Don’t recall any notice about repossession.. btw. This was June 2021… it’s now May 2022 and repossession takes place .. informing me of a $450 bal with title loan people. Pay that and call this number to retrieve vehicle. I’m livid but comply. Turns out the loan amount is now $1095 and repo wanted $375… mind you they had NO TOW TRUCK! This town is 45 minutes away from me. I go to get my car … it has dents, dirty upholstery, seats far back.. like it’s been used personally and it was behind these people’s home. My stopper on the emergency brake was off and paint chipped where they tried to enter my vehicles door. I am not letting this go. DO NOT USE ATLANTA TITLE!! I never will again…

I love this place! Very professional every visit and clean! I’ve been using their service almost 3 years now! I recently visit this location( Decatur Ga) again and Ms.Shun was so helpful. She is such a sweet lady! I’ve never had an bad encounter with any of the ladies here. Always fast and respectful at all times!! Thanks again ATL title loans y’all rock!!
