Ms. Jackson was an absolute pleasure to work with! She made me feel calm and assured throughout the entire process, and explained everything with grace and expertise. This was my first time so I was very nervous and she was very assuring and knowledgeable. She even made sure I signed the board since I’m part of the Kinsmith family now! I’m so glad my first experience was so positive!!!
