Worst place to go to.. lady called me and told me she’s ganna get the law on me. Because I had a personal issue going on. I tried explaining to her and she insisted on not listening to me hung up the phon in my ears. No answer back. This is how they do black people. Give them the money then Threatens us if we don’t pay them back on time. Keep in mind I had a personal issue that I’m still going Though. Do not go to this place for a loan.

Just walked into the office and tried to get a personal loan , was told I needed my check stub. With my job you can only access them off your work computer which is at WORK. I don’t understand if your providing direct deposit with consistent deposits what is the problem. Requirements are not sensible at all. You will “deny” service for a check stub. Horrible service . If I could give zero stars I would !

Took a chance on me 2 years ago and I have not done them wrong!!! Definitely helped my credit score!! I usually deal with Cindy and Nicole, they always have a positive attitude. They never hassle you if ever I’m late on a payment (no more than a week tops) they have no problem working with me! Pay on time and increase credit score! Great way to rebuild credit!!!

This place has some fishy folks. Not all but Kathy and Cindy most definitely. I got a loan that was to be paid back 8 Months 8 payments I did get behind on my loan so I knew that my interest will be a little bit more but after paying for 9 months my balance was still $500 on a $600 loan.. on the last incident that I got behind the lady offered to refinance my loan for what I owed so that I wouldn't have a bad credit report she told me I had to come in and sign paperwork I went inside the paperwork signed a check that she had said had to be sign and kept for my refinance a couple of months later I was told that I received a $200 check on that day and that I had cashed it I told the lady I did not. So they said that they can pull up the cameras and get a copy of the check to see who endorsed it and lo and behold it was endorsed by advance loans deposit only is what it said on the stamp so now the story changes from well maybe we cashed it for you and no ma'am you don't cash checks and I told you I never came out of here with a check or money. now the whole story was changing so I just told the lady I would see them in court

I have been working with this business for years. A great place for special loans to pay little expenses that come up on a senior. I want to thank them for their professionalism and down home politeness’s.
