The process was simplified and quick. Professional staff with the money immediately available. Was alerted to any indiscrepancies on the credit report thus helping build my credit.

I have been with One Main for almost a year. I had to take a loan out for school. They were very helpful and had good customer service. So when I started my new job I asked for a new bill date and they did not fulfill their obligations on their end. I sent in the paperwork and it was approved, but the deficiency came when they didn't change the date in the system. So here I am having to go through loop holes on being reimbursed with my money so that I can attend my military duty station. They cannot direct deposit the money back to me so they asked me to come to their office to pick up one check and the other to check has to be overnighted. So here it is Friday, I will not be back from my military duty station until Sunday (they're closed) and I have to wait until Monday to get my account out of the negatives.

They send you mail for your pre approval. Then you call they tell you they will call you back and don't. I was not approved. If I wouldn't have bugged them and called I would have never got an answer. Very poor. I will blast them all-over internet as a terrible company they are. I needed help and they shut me down before I could even explain my situation.

Fairly easy to consolidate. The only down side is the interest rate. But we are thankful we were able to consolidate our highest interest accounts. The staff was very helpful and on top of things.

Loan process and approval was easy. I was in and out of the office in less than 20 minutes.

RUDE! They made the process VERY LONG (2weeks). Got approved but because I didn’t have my “debit card” w/ me when I came to the office, she then said I needed bank statements. I provided her a bank statement that I wanted the money to go into & then I was told she needed bank statements that shows my direct deposits from my job.. MAY I ADD, I already gave her my check stubs, license, social security card, proof of a utility bill etc & now bank statements w/ my deposit & they still was difficult. Never reached back out after I sent every document they requested in a timely manner. All this difficulty was SILLY to me considering if I had a debit card the “money would be deposited within an hour” .. Again, got approved but these people made it very difficult for no reason. This was a last resort thing for me because I had an unfortunate situation prior which put me in a horrible situation. I’m slowly getting myself back on track without this debt. Please let this be a last resort. Again, they are difficult and rude. These interest rates are extreme as well. Trust me, I understand being in a tough situation, this place just adds to the stress & look at my situation. I got approved and they STILL made it difficult. Felt like I was begging.

Applied for a loan and didn’t get approved which is okay but was told I would get a follow up call and never received one. Instead I had to create an account to get an update. Approved or not a follow up call should have been made and it was not.

Shemeka, shantica whatever her name is rude, disrespectful and a lier . I never want to take a quick loan out with them at this location because everyone that answers the phone are always rude. It’s always about the customer and nobody should have to tell you that . I work in customer service and the first appearance is everything . I’ll just reapply at another location. Like I ask to do in the beginning. I have had a loan with this company before and my app was transfer to a more nicer location and I paid it off in 3 months . Get a brand new staff . Asap
