The lady here is Very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. My husband has dyslexia and sometimes mixes up letters and numbers. The lady said he was trying to commit fraud. He has his social security card, birth certificate, and Id so she could have checked to make sure it was legit but instead she was rude to him and because SHE MISUNDERSTOOD what he said she says “fraud”. Just doesn’t want to admit she was wrong. He has never had any problems getting a loan before. They need some kind of training.

The communication was off it took them for ever to get back with me and then after pulling my credit making me wait for 4 hours to hear there couldn't help me a waste of time VERY DISAPPOINTED ☹️

Very friendly, courteous and excellent customer service! I came prepared with the items I was asked to bring in The office staff were very efficient and took care of everything in a very timely manner. Safe/ social distancing was adhered and I felt very comfortable being there. I will definitely recommend someone to come to this company!

I haven't ever been disappointed with their services. I have been a customer for multiple years and 10+ loans great employees, friendly professional and caring. If 20 stars were available I would give them 20 stars. Heather Reese

Security Finance is a great place to get a loan. I’ve always had professional assistance and the environment is very orderly and friendly. They’re always staying in touch with me about my loans and keeping me updated. I have no complaints about this business.
