Was put on hold for 10 minutes today ....then hung up on ....Hurried to call back so i Would not have to go thru that ordeal again. When making a payment , Seems like a always have to ask for my pay off balance etc, Seems that the people working here don’t care about Good customer service or the customer, but that’s what companies like this do , as long as they can wave money at you and you keep taking it they will keep you in debt. I’ll be glad when my loan is paid off. Can I suggest having online payments? That way you don’t have to deal with the customer personally.

God where do I start, first I applied online and was called back almost two weeks later. I then set up a time to stop by. When I walked in there was a employee , a woman with black hair in a bun making phone calls to delinquent customers SO loudly and very unprofessionally. After each call she went on to say how "these people" need to pay their bills after slamming the phone down. Each time. She then was so frustrated she grabber her phone and went out back. Her voice was very unwelcoming and she was very disrespectful. After the phone call she then went on to to say "dats what I'm talking about shorty" ......as if somehow I associate..... I go on with the process and then have to ask what rate I am being charged and what will the monthly payments be. When it was all said and done I was to be offered 234 but charged 204..for insurance and fees..not to mention they already have listed collateral in case the loan defaults......so it really doesn't make any sense to have the insurance if the collateral was also the insurance... To pay it in full was 425. 151% APR........a straight and complete rip off if you go forward with it.....They all had attitudes and I can't for the life of me understand why they even have business.

Very professional! I had a financial issue arise and these ladies were able to help me! Fast approval, easy terms, and super nice! I would recommend this office to anyone needing a loan! Go see Tracy and Rachael! They are located in downtown Douglasville - the only bad thing is the parking!!

We're very helpful during my time of distress. My mom died and they were very sympathetic and helpful with the cause.
