Not all the workers, but definitely the manager is very unprofessional. Talk bad about customers and they are quick to report missed payments but not so quick to report a loan payoff.

The customer service is awful. I was hung up on and was given an attitude for asking simple questions. Mind you they were calling me about a loan that was not even mine.

Manager is very rude, unprofessional, ghetto, loud mouth, and disrespectful. Her and the other lady that work there talks about customers in front of other customers. Both of them seem like drama queens because they always talking about somebody and other stuff that has nothing to do with their job. I did call for the guy that works there and the suppose to be manager answered the phone while still talking to someone else and said that he was with a customer. I called back a few minutes later, she answered the phone again while still talking to someone else and said he was at lunch. Very unprofessional and rude. If you want or need money, go somewhere else. If they keep this kind of attitude and unprofessional mess up, they will be out of business if the right people see it and hear it.

The Manager in this office needs to learn how to speak to the public without a attitude! If she hates this job or don’t know how to talk to the public working with the public is not for her! No matter if the customer is wrong getting loud with them is still NOT the way to handle the situation when your trying to explain an the customer not understanding how something is working obviously you have very little patience.

They call you like they owe you money. so glad I left this town....gheettoooooo.n I'm from the hood. I want the people that work there to never leave there location...all for 12hr if that.....lol

In and out fast. Got what I needed with no issues. Nice staff.

They don't even deserve a one star they are rude and does not know how to run a business they always calling with an attitude being very disrespectful they will harass you even couple weeks behind they will go to your house harass you at your house and we'll call your job a lot when you're not even a couple weeks behind this is the worst place to go if you're looking for a loan company go to Sunbelt or AMC Finance and tax or World Finance these companies are great they are very respectful Sunbelt is one of the most preferred any loan company will be better than this one the manger is the worse one
