I feel like the rate could be better, It feels like hard money lending

STAY AWAY FROM THE PEOPLE @ THE LILBURN LOCATION!! Customer service is absolutely non-existent at this location. Upon walking in, they do not greet you or make you feel welcome. The Manager & people of this location are extremely pushy about their auto loans and trying to get you to refinance your existing auto loan that does not make financial sense for you. They insisted and were rejected 6 times. So much so that it made people uncomfortable. A very, very predatory feeling.They are extremely unprepared. We spent over 40 minutes just waiting for them to get their documents in order, though we communicated we had somewhere to be at 12 and there was never an explanation or "sorry for the inconvenience" and on top of that both the receptionist and the Manager were extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional in how they dealt with us as customers. On top of that, during the application process, the representative was agreeing to terms and signing on my client's behalf without explaining any of the terms and became extremely rude and agitated when asked about it. They were doing everything to boost the amount of the loan. By taking off the unnecessary "insurance" fees they were trying to push on my client, I saved her over $5000 in the total loan. Be very weary and pay attention to the details or they will absolutely try to scam you. This is a new team of people here and they are absolutely horrific to deal with. They are moving to a new location off of Pleasant Hill but if they take the same people with them, it will still be a horrible business. It's unfortunate because I've dealt with them in the past and it was a much better experience. I will absolutely call Corporate to express my dissatisfaction. BE AWARE.

Whitney was less than professional when answering loan questions over the phone. Conversations felt as if she did not care for or value me as a potential client. Highly disappointing from a branch manager.

Horrible!!! Worst experience ever and wish I had never heard of this company. Reason why I'm telling everyone I know and those that I don't personally know to stay away from this place. Once they suck you in with their predatory lending, you'll never break free. Times can get difficult for all, and sometimes you need help and don't want to ask family or friends...trust me, do it. Ask them. Do not go to these people for that help. You will pay and pay and pay and never get anywhere. Please trust me. I only gave them a star because it wouldn't let me post without it.

First let me say no appointment necessary!! I came in for a debt consolidation loan and was taken care of. Ms Torrica was inviting, Professional, and the best multitasker I've ever seen. She got me approved explained loan options payments and services offered from OMF. I was in and out before I knew it. I would definitely recommend this location and services because of Ms Torrica. I thought she was a manager from the way she took great care of me. God bless you!!!
