As soon as you walk into the building you are greeted with a smile and hello from the employees. They are courteous and always willing to answer every question or concern that you may have. Whether or not they are able to financially able to assist you, they always give the most help to each person and if they are not able to help, they encourage trying back at a later time and they will be willing to help in any way they can. The customer support and kindness is well above the job duty. I have been in when they were understaffed and still didn’t feel that the atmosphere was of frustration or bad vibes. I highly recommend Eastman WF!
