The Peoples Bank, Eatonton, GA

I contact People Bank about my issue of not reporting my loan to the credit report agency, and the services was great the first time I called, but when I did a follow up call the service was not as good. My issue is that no one called me back to resolve this issue as they stated that they would. The other problem is this is and old acct that was in great standing and paid off, but they didn’t send the loan to my credit report,that could have been huge in getting me a home for my kids and reliable transportation. If this was and accidentally error then ok, but if this was done out of something else then shame on you guys. Please report this to my credit report soon as possible.

If you have a issue with your card over the weekend or after 5 then you are screwed....you cant use your card to access your savings or withdraw from savings using your card...theres no helpline theres no 24hr service or NOTHING you are just screwed until they reopen!! I guess thats how it is for these little small town banks....Its the worst i would advise no one to bank here

Very great friendly staff and they are so helpful would highly recommend for anyone looking for a local bank that can help great for someone opening their 1st bank account

Customer service seriously lacking. No sense of urgency. I’ve only had one positive experience here at this bank in the 7 years of me banking here - nothing special other than that. Just join a credit a union instead of doing business here
