I have only good things to say about Marquita and our loan application process. We had a few hiccups with the online system but Marquita stuck with us through the whole process and made everything super easy for us! She was great and I will definitely return and ask for her by name if we are in need of another loan!! Thank you times a million!!

Got the money we needed BUT we were told that adding GAP and credit life insurance made our monthly payment cheaper because she "played with the numbers for us". That was a lie. As we were rushed through the paperwork, my husband discovered our payment would have been $30 cheaper without it. I don't like being lied to so someone can make commission at my expense. I almost cancelled the entire loan over that. So just know... they will lie to you. Read the fine print.

Tried to get approved for a loan of $4,200. I was pre approved for it with an APR% of 35% (that's a little high) with a monthly payment of $165 and a vehicle for collateral. After dealing with them over the phone for about 3 to 4 hours, I was told that I was not approved. So I got a co signer and was told since they lived in another state, I couldn't use them even though they are right over the state line (approximately 20 minutes away from the Evans branch). So I went with USAA and got approved with a lower APR% (17%) and my monthly payment is lower as well ($145), and there is no collateral needed and the process took an entire 30 minutes. I advise everyone to choose another loan agency. If you are able, go with USAA.

Okay let’s start off with this! It took over a month to complete this loan! Yes I was on leave from my job which is why I needed the loan. After going back to work it still took over 2 weeks to complete the transaction. The lady who originally helped me was taking her sweet time! I would call in and she would say “I’ll give you a call back” NEVER would I receive that call back. I always had to keep calling in myself!! Then on top of that the interest rate is absolutely HORRIABLE yes that is based on credit I know. I don’t have the best but 33%! Then on top of all this! It has been since 11/09/18 I completed this loan. I JUST RECIEVED A LETTER IN THE MAIL THEY DONT HAVE PROOF OF INSURANCE which was provided the day I started the loan. Also, before the money was sent or accepted to me they contacted my insurance company and changed them as the loan holder so I’m not sure what is up with this place but they need to get it together. Once I get done with this mess of payments I will NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! On my thing I like is I get a 9 day period of my due date to make my payment which I have to call them and tell them when to draft it. If you are in need of extra money please people DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Well it took me a while to do my review just because we’ve had so much going on and I admit I forgot lol 😂 Oops, But We had an awesome experience with them and even though I can’t remember the name of who helped us, I do remember she was the Manager! So VERY VERY HELPFUL and she knew I was so stressed about getting approved, (nervous & panicked), yet she totally & genuinely understood! I just hope I can get a hold of her soon because I have questions & need her help again, but every time i’ve called I try leaving messages, but whoever answers can’t seem to understand my last name or how to spell it lol I don’t mean to place blame because our last name isn’t exactly common! But I praise this Company 100%, I honestly don’t know what we would’ve done without them, and we are Praying they can help us again soon with more important issues! Thank Y’all again One Main Financial! 😊
