Colony Bank, Fitzgerald, GA

Colony Bank has all of the elements that are required to be a full service banking facility. It may be that I am expecting some different attention to detail but I feel that my visits are general and generic versus local and familiar. The staff is helpful, friendly and courteous so I am hopeful that my association with Colony Bank and it's members will mature into the type of business relationship that will encourage me to entrust them with my investments.

Deposit my money in the wrong account and tried too make it seem like it was my fault that they did that. I would give their bank zero starts if could very unprofessional.

Needed a printout of transactions, which is like 10 pages or so. Had done it with the teller in the car lane once prior, 2nd time it was the same clerk but a manager was being nosey and got involved (doing too much) and told me I "needed to come inside". Well clearly not cause y'all did it before. They literally made me get out of line to go wait inside to be seen. Everytime I go there certain people act like they are not getting paid the hour or something. Weird.
