Mariner Finance, Flowery Branch, GA

I called Mariner and they were extremely friendly and easy to work with. Very easy online application, called me and discussed my individual needs, got everything done and approved in a day and went by the local office and signed and they got me on my way. They are paperless and have a great app to use. Was greeted by the branch manager Mike who was very nice. Just very easy to work with and they are definitely appreciative of your time and get you in and out. I would highly recommend Mariner Finance, especially the Flowery Branch location!

Today I called to just inquire about getting a loan with this location and Katie answered the phone. From the moment she answered the phone she was very short with me. One I wanted to know why it already said I had an account online when I did not remember. She did have an answer, which was great but then she did not treat me like a person, rather an inconvenience. When she asked me for my social I stated to her I am trying to get information. That was the point of me going to the web page first. Then she told me the percentage which is outrageous she said if you did it online I would have gotten the rate promised but that she would just put it through in house. Needless to say I do not understand why this place has such high rating. I was made to feel like nothing but a score that she was trying to push without my permission. Katie needs to listen I needed information never once did I say run my credit.

This company services are needed in today's society with everything going up in prices a loan is sometimes very necessary. Amy was the person who help me and she was friendly and courteous. If you looking for a loan please check them out. You won't be sorry.

Mariner Finance is amazing to work with. They are very well organized which makes the entire loan process quick and seamless. I would recommend them to anyone.
