OneMain Financial, Flowery Branch, GA

I had a loan for 10,000 dollars in 2013, they charged me interest before the loan started that brought it up to 16,000 dollars. My payments were 270 a month, it was terrible on paper but manageable. The kicker was they charged me 143 dollars in interest on every 270 dollar payment. Its 2020 and I still owed 4800 In payments. Interest on top of interest. I found someone better to take over the loan and the 4800 dollars I would've paid in payments was not reduced to a pay off amount, they said I had to pay it like I was paying payments. The pay off should've been 1500 dollars cheaper, it wasnt. Called their corporate office and spoke to someone and they said it looks like we owe you 1600 dollars. Call them back a couple days later and they are sending me a 17 dollar check. Worst company I've ever traded with, I'm leaving this here to tell you to avoid this company at all costs they will rip you off big time.

The office in Flowery Branch after being paid in full charged me another 133$ in interest and threatened to send it to collections and damage my credit after the office assured me several times that it would be waived. Do not use this office they are dishonest, unprofessional and rude.

I have been paying on time for a loan for over 3 years. I have NEVER missed a payment because I have allowed auto deductions from my account. On 2/5/17 my payment was not processed. I called to inquire and they said I would have to be put on hold to have someone review my account. I was disconnected and I have not been able to get anyone to assist me over the last 12 days. There is money in the account. I was willing to drop a check off until they could determine what happened. However, so far they have been unwilling to address what happened 12 days ago and why they stopped drafting my account. I received notification from Credit Kharma on 2/18 that One Main financial closed my account and placed it in collections! No one on the phone would tell me why, let me make a payment, pay it off...nothing. To avoid this collection action from further harming my credit I have to pay in full. Fortunately, I can at this time, but it requires I take a day off from work, travel 3 hour round trip (because I have moved) and the only way I can make contact is to go in person. All because they will not answer their phone or address what happened 12 days ago! Perhaps if someone could respond to this post I could update this review to be a 5 star experience which is what it has been up until Feb. 2017. However, until then - I can only assume they have no intention of addressing the issue. BEWARE of this company!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would 100% recommend One main Financial to Anyone who is having a difficult time getting financed! I was turned down by several dealerships and I had given up all hope! After one call to One main Financial in Gainesville and talking to Jeffery Reazor within a very short time he was able to get me Approved! I'm driving my truck and I'm Super Excited, low interest rates, low monthly payments and All Hope Has Been Restored! Thanks Again, You guys Rock!!

Approved online and was contacted the next morning. I went to their office, signed the paperwork. Super quick and easy. Employees were very kind and answered all my questions. Highly recommend.
