Citizens Savings & Loan, Fort Oglethorpe, GA

So I guess the high stars are fake or made by employees, I called today to see if I was approved for my loan. I got put on hold then taken off just for someone to say something then put me back on hold. Someone answers( think he said his name was Ryan not sure) then when I say hello no answer till I'm hungry up on. No call back no email nothing.

Long time customers. Greg and Tracy could not be topped for customer service and actually making us feel like family. When I got sick and was in the hospital multiple times in 2015 they were quick to work with us. We highly recommend Citizens in Fort Oglethorpe.

They wonderful, I love the employees who works in this Office,they are Curtious and tend to your needs, if there are any problems, they are there to help you through the situation without hesitation, I just love them.

Everyone have had great experince and friendly office employes.
