When we walked into the store we was immediately greeted by Richard , the GM. He was very helpful, answered every question that we had, friendly, and was fast with helping us out with the loan process. If you need help with a loan this is the place to go and the person to see.

I made a loan with Titlemax, 9/23/22, and the experience with the manager and the loan processor was awesome... PROFESSIONAL...wonderful!!! During that time I informed the young lady processing my application-who was amazing; kind and extremely professional that I was on medical leave and that's why I needed the loan. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to return back to work as scheduled. Therefore, I experience a financial setback and wasn't able to make my first payment on time, but finally made the payment in full, 11/5/22, but wasn't able to sign the 30 day docs renewal because the staff change renewal date manually to suit there needs illegally and not according to the original docs that I signed, 9/23 policy and no it had absolutely nothing to do with pop-up blockers my settings was set already to block popups. Long story short-the young lady who works in the office now which is not the loan processor who completed my loan, 9/23/22...was rude; unprofessional; simple; and unable to communicate my account to me via phone customer friendly in a concise manner. Instead, 11/5/22, she wanted me to drive to fort valley to sign renewal docs because she failed to do her job. It is extremely important not to feed off negative energy!!! Then, I lost phone connection with her while talking and attempted to call her two to three times...no answer. I ended up stopping at the Perry, Georgia location and the manager was polite; kind; professional and willing to be of assistance and I am grateful for her help. Lastly, I regret the day I made a loan at the Titlemax in FV. I like honest; clear understanding and compassion and not predatory lendors and madness. I am grateful for the loan...but want happen again...truly disappointed...I do not recommend this location to anyone seeking clarification re: account. Thanks for the loan. Am
