The entire staff from the initial phone call to the finalization of paperwork made everything effortless! I spoke initially with the manager regarding my inquiry about a loan that Credit Karma had stated I had good approval odds for. He took my name and number (I did call at lunch time after all) and had one of the ladies call me back. She took my information over the phone and ran and crunched the numbers and called me back within an hour. I was able to send my documents that they needed via email and everything was pretty much ready to go by end of business day. All I had to do was walk in and sign! The staff is very friendly and personable. I even referred my mother! I'm super thankful Regional was able to help me get a loan to consolidate some debt!
