Was told i was approved then got there and was told not approved. Wont ever go back here ever again and recommend no one else goes here either

I've had a loan here for a while, they have one of the lowest interest rate for a business like this and I've done business with a few. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I'm going to guess the people with bad reviews are behind or not paying. I've always been treated great here. I have and will continue to send people here they PAY for referrals (got to get that money). Ashley and Judy have always treated me with respect.

Absolutely the worst Company to ever get a loan with. I've had 3 separate loans with Noble Finance, Local Finance and Now it's Southern Finance. They need to understand that people go through hard times. Yes, we understand the due date. So I called today to let them know when I could make my payments and they said they would call my job and all my references until I paid. This is absurd and uncalled for. I have nothing good to say about this company. I will pay off my debt and be done. NEVER AGAIN! Also, keep in mind, of coarse they will be nice to you while you're getting a loan, but as soon as your late that's when the disrespect and rudeness comes out. So glad that I have recorded the most recent conversations showing I've been hung up on.

I would rate them 5 out of 5 stars if not for one exception. I'll begin by saying the ladies working here are amazing. They are proficient and professional. The true definition of southern hospitality. The fly in the ointment is the new supervisor. He lacks any managerial skills, disrupting the flow in this office. What should have been a 30-minute visit turned into an hour because of him. Until this situation gets resolved, prepare for a greater level of difficulty.

The staff is great. Very nice and friendly. Makes you feel right at home. Quick and efficient and very helpful to any questions i had. Definitely will use them again and again. I highly recommend. Ask for Mary Bay, the manager. She's the best
