I want to express my gratitude with Grayson Branch!!! Unexpected issues occurred, Ashley, Branch Manager (who came in suddenly on 6/24) and Analia are my saving Grace !! There were internet connection issues on my behalf that wouldn’t allow the process to go, but what sticks out the most is their word was their bond. Analia said she would call after hours to try to resolve and she did!!! It wouldn’t go through because of my area and she said no worries I’ll call in the morning when she gets in and she kept her word!! I received a call a little after 9am.. Analia is very patient and will walk you through the process. Thank You Grayson Branch you guys are phenomenal !!!

I was hesitant about doing a loan but I’m glad I did. Analia was very persistent to help me save money and I am grateful for her. Without her dedication to make sure I received the best service I would still be stuck in a high interest loan. If you are in a bind and need some cash or to refinance an auto loan, go see her and I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Mirna was the absolute best!!! The level of customer service and professionalism cannot be beat! She made the process enjoyable. I would DEFINITELY recommend the Grayson office the entire staff was courteous and professional. However, please be sure to ask for Mirna she was absolutely amazing.

I’ve been a OneMain financial customer and never had any problems until I recently moved. So the Grayson Branch is the closest to me now, But I’m never going there again! The Grayson Branch has Horrible Customer service! They were so rude and seems like they don’t care about business.Reading though the reviews Seems like they choose who they want to help. They denied my loan after they treated us rudely. So I went back to the former Branch I was going to and they approved us since we were already qualified. I would make the drive to any other Branch then to go back to the Grayson office!

Absolutely the worst lender ever! I was approved for an amount and then after following up I was told that I wasn’t approved at all. So I asked if I was approved for a lesser amount and was told very rudely NO!!!! That’s ok with me because I was willing to give them 4500.00 in interest for the next 36 months! I have never missed any payments regardless with my creditors and I would have treated them the same! I thought that they were in the business for charging interest to help people even though there interest was less than the credit cards I was already paying. It looks like it is there loss! Not mine! What ever you do please do not choose ONE MAIN FINANCIAL for your debt needs!!!! Absolutely the worst ever!!!!!

I sent the entire payment via a cashier's check about 10 days before my due date, right before I left for vacation. OneMain started calling me at 7-8 PM, asking if I was going to make the payment, even though I had already sent it in full with the check. I explained to them that I'd sent the entire amount and that I was out of the country. Everything seemed fine until they started calling me AGAIN at 7-8 PM about a payment. They just wouldn't let up and kept harassing me, even after I told them my situation. It was so frustrating. I found out that my $3,000 LOAN was somehow going to end up costing me $10,000 in the long run. Can you believe that? It's been such a rollercoaster dealing with them.

I would not recommend anyone getting a loan with these people very poor customer service I think they have new staff here and they are horrible and don’t give out correct information about company policies, they also have extremely high interest rates please stay away
