My 77 year old mother, who lives off Social Security, was given a loan for over $10,000. Her payments were $511 a month in which $300 went to interest and around $200 went to principal. The interest rate was over 35% which is the highest I have ever heard of. I tried negotiating a payoff in order to help her get out from under these loan sharks but they would not call me back and give an answer. She gave them permission to talk with me and I was always polite. I know my mother was partially the blame for taking out the loan but I believe her age was a factor in her poor judgment. People with no credit or bad credit have to pay higher interest but 24.99% is high enough. 35% is ridiculous and I hope people reading this will find a more reasonable place to borrow from.

Everyone was so helpful and patient. My situation was very difficult at the time and i normally wouldnt do with something like this. But it was my only option with my given situation. The staff was very helpful they worked with every last one of my speed bumps and were extremely patient and friendly. Charmaine was awesome she didn't make me feel bad for not having it together that day. She really went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed

The team in Griffin was great. They really untied the knots and did not stop til the loan was perfect and complete. While maintaining a professional and positive experience for me.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! Worse customer service there is! They are not built to help anyone! Beware they will run your credit and say you’re approved but then tell you that you’re denied!! Don’t go here ever
