I always have a pleasant experience here until recently. The new branch manager is extremely rude and has the worst customer service. This will definitely be my last time using this company!

The loan officers here are trash!The main loan officer (don’t know her name) but she got a stuck up attitude and is definitely rude! They are a waste of time!!

They were great! They were very nice to me and very helpful and professional.

Loan officer stated they would be in office till 7pm. I arrived at 645pm to find no one there. I drove from work in Thomaston. I was hoping to finish paperwork without loss of time from work. I don't like being lied to. Have to see what's said when they do open back up on Wednesday.

Got me started with a loan to build my credit. Been dealing with them ever since. Ask for doug he's really nice!!

They are awesome customers and fast renewal oftentimes to me years so greeter all the time no plm

A complete waste of time told me I was approved then sent me a letter saying I wasn’t approved. Do not recommend anyone going here

Branch Manager Heather McMickie is extremely rude! Very short answers as if she was irritated and really bad attitude!
